What’s Included:

(1) Bike Tow Leash® with standard clamp: Able to be ordered with Right or Left-side adjustment, allowing the clip to face forward for a side-by-side biking experience. 

(1) Quick Mount: used for heavier, older bike frames made of steel or aluminum having a minimum of 5/8 inch [16mm] flat area surrounding the rear axle.  Best to use with quick release axles and older designs having just a hex nut on a 3/8 inch [10mm] diameter solid rear axle. 

(1) Detailed Instructions: Includes guidance on adjusting the leash for different dog sizes and bike types. Adjustable for use on either side of your bike, based on your dog's size and biking preference. Chain stay and Quick mount instructions with pictures and descriptions of pieces & how to attach them.

Perfect for a High Energy Dog with a Strong Prey Drive

I could not be happier with the Bike Tow Leash Quick Mount Package. My 14 month old Irish Setter, Teddy, is a high energy dog with a very strong prey drive, so giving him safe, controlled exercise is extremely important.

Before purchasing the Bike Tow Leash, I rode my bike while holding an extending leash. It worked, and Teddy enjoyed having the extra freedom, but I was always concerned that he might suddenly chase a squirrel, chipmunk, bird, mouse, or just about any other animal that crossed our path. Fortunately, that never happened, but it was always in the back of my mind.

With the Bike Tow Leash, I no longer have to worry about that. It keeps Teddy securely positioned alongside the bike while still allowing him to run comfortably and enjoy the ride. The Quick Mount Package was easy to install, works perfectly, and feels extremely secure.

This has made our bike rides safer and much more enjoyable for both of us. I highly recommend it to anyone with a strong, high energy dog like my Teddy.

My golden doodle loves it!

My golden doodle loves it! It’s great for burning off some of her energy.

Safe riding

I have a bike tow leash on 3 different bicycles. It’s the safest system. My only criticism is that the attachment system isn’t quite as adaptable as advertised, but I have made it work because it’s still the best system for safety.

Initial exposure to biketow leash

Package arrived with all parts nicely packed
Began training as described in the video
After 5 days training on the right side of the bike I realized my 2 year old Doberman was I uncomfortable with the right side as he was trained to walk on the left
So I tried the left side and he immediately was relaxed and began to focus on task
One day later we were on our way with the bike tow leash!
